It was a light, short week right after the break. On Wednesday (our first day back) the class enjoyed a special show-and-tell where they got to bring their favorite present they received at Christmas and got to share it with the rest of the class. They really enjoyed this and it was great to hear all about the special time with family that they spent over the holidays.
The rest of the week was spent reviewing various material we had covered just before the break including: types of clouds, various methods for addition, blending initial consonants, and finally new material including the music of Beethoven and the wonders of Yosemite National Park.
