Hello, Bluebird Families!
I think of you all so often and hope you are doing well! Wednesday is Earth Day, so this week we will be learning all about taking care of the Earth. Please check your email for lots of Earth loving activities! I think one of the most important things you can do with your child to help them value and take care of the Earth is sharing your love of it! Include them in your everyday experiences of caring for the environment. Let them help with the recycling and composting. Make conserving water and other natural resources a normal part of life. Take nature walks together and share your appreciation and excitement for the natural treasures all around us! As you do this, caring for the Earth becomes a part of who they are, instead of just a lesson or lecture.
