We had a fun and artsy week last week in the Friendly Fox classroom. We have started learning about several famous artists in kid friendly ways (e.g. Dot Seurat, Action Jackson, etc.) We have painted with flowers, handprints, and watercolor paints. We built with blocks, gears, and magnatiles in groups and individually. We played outside with Storytime Bob, who dressed as a robot, at recess. We danced and sang to new November songs with Ms. Marci at music class! We loved going outside to splatter paint on a large piece of paper, and we have learned that we love to color tiny details using sharp colored pencils.
This week we also talked about what it means to be a friend, and we learned that it is ok to have lots of best friends. We all agreed that the reason we are called the “Friendly Foxes” is because we are all friends! 🙂
Thanks again for meeting with me for conferences! We have been having such a fun year!
Thanks again,
Hannah, Wynne, and Sadee 🙂
