It’s been a slow and sleepy week here in the Kindergarten Superstars. We’ve read a lot of winter stories and learned about the process of hibernation as well as some of the animals that hibernate in the winter.
The class also had fun making their own evergreen wreaths to take home after going on a fun nature walk to collect some fallen pine boughs.
We also worked on reviewing phonics sounds and how they fit in to our sight words and reading, and for math we worked some more on addition using Montessori style math manipulatives.
Next week we are on to weather week!
